About UsBlueSun Inc. is a non-profit that was started in 2013, with the help of Linn Benton Community College Foundation. BlueSun was founded with the purpose of helping people with disabilities and the returning veterans find work.
We accomplish that through job placement in temporary and full-time employment, resume writing, interview training, job search training, accommodations, and advocacy. Since our founding in 2013, BlueSun Inc. has helped over 2000 people find employment and put over $16 million dollars directly into our local economy through employee wages. The overwhelming majority of our employees are veterans, individuals with disabilities and homeless veterans. BlueSun is dedicated to working with employers to help them with finding the employee that best fits their needs. We feel that when employers’ requirements and employees’ skills match everyone wins. We make hiring people with disabilities and veterans easy. We are also here after the employee is hired, to offer any ongoing support that is needed. |
